A splash of colour is heading to RedKitchen at Made Hamilton soon! Four beautiful ceramic vases are on their way, designed by artist Ivo Bisignano, a close friend of co-owner Yotam Ottolenghi. Colourful, quirky and completely gorgeous, these are pieces of art you’ll want to find a spot for.

The collection is based on the Testa di Moro - Sicilian hand-painted ceramic pots in the shape of crowned heads that adorn Italian balconies. With Ottolenghi exuberance, colourful spots and brush strokes in an eclectic palette, the vases are a cheerful ode to a Sicilian aesthetic.

If you love Gemmayze St, it’s time to meet your next obsession… muhammara!

We’re tasting TWO favourites at RedKitchen Made Hamilton - the hummus you know and love, plus the new addition, muhammara.

Come down, have a taste of both, and pick your favourite (although we’re not sure you’ll be able to choose 😉).

🌶️ Muhammara is smoky, subtly spicy, tangy and slightly sweet, made with roasted capsicum, walnuts and pomegranate. And it’s not just for dipping - try it as a sauce, stirred through pasta, spread over pizza, or alongside grilled or roasted vegetables.

🥣 The hummus needs no introduction - smooth, thick and creamy hummus with a rich layer of infused paprika oil.

Come taste them both at RedKitchen Made Hamilton and, if you fall in love, take a jar (or two!) home with you!
