- Followed by a grounding pilates session led by Aimee from with a special focus on physiotherapy-based stretch and movement
- Chelsea from .apothecary will then lead a session focusing on natural female health, followed by a hands-on medicinal tea workshop, guiding you to craft your own personalised blend

Lake Hāwea Station set the stage for two incredible events last week - Dine for a Cure on Thursday and Hike for a Cure on Saturday. Together, they raised over $100,000 for groundbreaking breast cancer research.

We were proud to be part of it and honoured to be presented with a plaque and kowhai tree which lives in place at the stunning Lake Hāwea Station - a lasting tribute to the cause.

A huge thank you to the local and national brands who made this possible. A lot of work behind the scenes, but for us it’s easy to support those whose values align so well with our own.
