Founders, John and Debbie Pickens have over 18 years experience for discerning palates in private villas and aboard luxury yachts around the world, from the South of France to the Greek Isles, Manhattan to Miami and throughout the Caribbean Islands as well as various leading New Zealand restaurants. Our summer is looking BUSY — and we’re growing our kitchen team!

Artisan Catering is looking for some great people to join our existing Head Chef and Sous Chef for a busy summer of weddings, private events and functions across Queenstown and Wanaka.

2 x CHEF DE PARTIE | FULL TIME

✨ Minimum 3+ years’ CDP experience
✨ Confident working in a busy, fast-paced kitchen
✨ Passionate about beautiful, high-quality food
✨ Strong across prep, service & event ex*****on
✨ Reliable, organised & a great team player

KITCHEN HAND | FULL TIME

We’re also looking for a hardworking Kitchen Hand to join the crew.

✨ Great attitude & work ethic
✨ Reliable and ready to get stuck in
✨ Comfortable working in a busy kitchen
✨ Experience great, but attitude is everything

We’re looking for people who:
• Have previous hospitality experience
• Are confident, friendly, and love working with people
• Can carry three plates with a smile
• Have bar experience if applying for a bartending role
• Bring good energy and a can-do attitude
• Have their own car (preferred, but not essential for every event)
