CLM Masterton CLM Masterton is a kids programme for kids aged 5-14. Contact us for more info! Children get help with homework and take part in fun activities.

We run Before and After School Care Programmes during the term and School Holiday Programmes during Term and Summer Holidays. Chill Out provides excellent child care and school holiday programmes right here in Masterton. We have before and after school programmes as well as fun holiday programmes. Our before school care offered breakfast and activities as well as drop offs at school. After school

care includes afternoon tea, homework club and structures physical and creative activities. Chill Out programmes are WINZ subsidised and Oranga Tamariki approved.

✨Chill Out School Holidays Week 1✨

Week 1 was an epic start to the school holidays with plenty of fun activities!

On Tuesday we kicked off with an Easter Scavenger Hunt, the kids were off around the whole facility hunting for their teams egg in various locations 🐣

Wednesday took us to Lido Aquatic Centre for the Easter Day Rave- the kids ate lots of wet Easter eggs. 🏊‍♀️

The skatepark was a hit on Thursday alongside making bird feeders and grass heads. 🛴

Finally on Friday we had lots of fun swimming and make our very own giant Jenga tower 🌊

Golden Shears Update:
Golden Shears is next week! 4th -7th March, please read below to find out all information that is vital to know for Chill Out.

Road Closure: Dixon st from Pool Back carpark to driveway to QE Park. Closed from 12pm Tuesday 3rd - Friday 6th March. Please come in from Round about by Opaki road.

Tuesday-Friday Pick ups: Parking will be extremely limited, please come down the driveway next to the youth hub, turn around and drive back up. We will bring children and sign out sheet to you.

To make things easier, we have swapped the swimming days around - this means less time hunting for a carpark! We will return back to normal swim days the following week.

Looking for a relaxing environment for Before or After School care 👀

Look no further! That’s what Chill Out Masterton is all about ✨

Our mornings are super relaxed, kids get a healthy breakfast 🥣 and hang out playing cards, colouring in or sometimes watching some cartoons. Opening at 6.45am then off to school from 8.15am.

In the Afternoons we collect the kids from school then head back to chill out for afternoon tea - some fruit, sandwich or crackers and a biscuit 🍪. We have time dedicated to assist with homework and then into free time!

Currently the kids have been enjoying the skatepark 🛹and swimming on Tuesday’s and Thursday’s 🏊‍♀️

‼️CHILL OUT UPDATE‼️
Golden Shears is coming up and this means Chill Out is required to temporarily relocate to the Youth Hub (Portacom by the skate park) from Wednesday 18th Feb - Wednesday 18th March.

This may seem like a long time but this is due to the set up, which has already begun for the event and pack down and clean up at the end.

The programme will still operate as normal, but children will need to be collected from the Youth Hub instead of the stadium. Aside from swimming days which will still remain Tuesdays and Thursdays.

Please park at the skate park and come across to collect your children.

If you have not received a letter - physical copies can be collected from Chill Out or should have been received via email. Please let us know.

Further communication will be posted closer to the event with instructions for collections due to road closures.
