In an era where it is dangerously easy to just type out an opinion online and log off, there is something incredibly powerful about seeing a room absolutely packed with locals showing up to listen, discuss, and engage face-to-face.

When we designed the main hall at Midway, this was the exact vision we had in mind. We didn’t just want a space for private, closed-door meetings; we knew Gisborne needed a room with the scale, the tech, and the acoustics to host Tairāwhiti’s biggest conversations.
