With over 10 years of professional performing experience, and a broad repertoire from Pop Punk to '60s Folk and a selection of original music, Finlay is sure to make any occasion unique and entertaining! He has carefully built a reputation for dynamic and exciting sets at a wide range of venues from quiet pubs to city-centre dance clubs and private events, so is confident he can bring something to

any space. Starting his training as a musical theatre performer where he gained Grade 8 qualifications in Singing and Music Theatre, he began branching out into ensemble and solo music, before eventually becoming a full time solo performer! He has a particular focus on maximising the crowd experience through targeted setlists and tasteful exchanges, and enjoys taking requests to expand his repertoire and bring a sense of fun to a performance. Had an amazing time at Rob’s garden party last week, where I managed to grab this highlight! I’ve always loved this song - like plenty of guitarists, it was one of the first songs that made me want to learn how to play 🎸! I’m always ready to bring it out when it suits the vibe of the day, and more often than not - it does!

🔴”Do You Know Anything Modern??”🔴- I get asked this question ALL the time! The answer is YES, and here’s one of my absolute favourites (and BRAND NEW in my repertoire!). I’m adding stuff all the time, and this one is a total joy to play. Recorded LIVE at a house party for a client in St Andrews last weekend!

It’s another example of multi-layer looping in my performances - and with awesome new kit (more details soon!) I’ve got much more control over my performance, which makes for a better, more exciting sound 🎶!

NOT a true story...Same Jeans 👖 (The View) - I tend to play this at almost every gig! It’s a REAL icebreaker that everybody loves - weddings, birthdays, hen do’s (or don’ts!) you name it!

‘Same Jeans’ fits right in that sweet spot of 2000s indie/rock PLUS being a Scottish 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 band PLUS being super simple. It slides into ANY setlist and it’s always a joy to play 🎶.

It was a pleasure as well to play again - the team are always so friendly and the drinks are A**! Hope you see everyone again next time I’m there!

ALL STAR 🌟(Smash Mouth) has always been one of my absolute favourites to play! I try to keep it as a finisher song as no matter the audience or occasion - wedding, hen party, or corporate event - everyone loves it! Shrek fans unite!

NEW SONGS 🎶 added to my repertoire! I always strive to keep things fresh - not just for myself, but for the audience too! That’s why from this month I’ll be adding songs EVERY MONTH to my repertoire.

Some of these have already jumped right into my favourites! Sam Fender’s Reign Me In is so much fun with the looper, and Killeagh is a blast to sing!
