We don’t just plan weddings. We create experiences.

Our clients come to us for more than beautiful aesthetics, they want a celebration that feels like them.

Stylish, thoughtful and often time-poor, they have impeccable taste and a clear vision: a wedding that flows seamlessly, feels luxurious (but never stiff), and leaves every guest feeling considered and completely immersed.

They want atmosphere. Energy. A sense of effortlessness.

At Rosie Green Events, that’s exactly what we do curating unforgettable weddings where every detail has purpose, every moment matters, and the celebration is as meaningful as it is visually striking.

Because for us, it’s never just about trends.
It’s about crafting a world that feels completely, wonderfully you.

5 Things to Think About in the Final Weeks Before Your Wedding

It’s nearly here. With just weeks to go until your wedding, excitement is high, but don’t forget these often, overlooked final touches that can make all the difference.

Break in your wedding shoes - wearing your shoes around the house on clean floors for short bursts will help soften them and avoid blisters on the day.

Don’t forget your second pair if you’re changing shoes for dancing.

Final dress fittings and emergency kit, make sure your final fitting is complete with time for any tweaks. Ask your seamstress or stylist about how to transport and store your outfit properly.

Prepare a bridal emergency kit with essentials like fashion tape, safety pins, blister plasters and tissues.

Run through your timeline- take a quiet moment to walk through the order of the day from wake-up to last dance.

Are your suppliers all clear? Does your bridal party know where to be and when?

Double check RSVPs and dietary needs Confirm guest numbers, special diets and seating plans with your caterer or planner. It’s a simple way to ensure everyone feels cared for.

Schedule downtimeIn the whirlwind of appointments, packing and preparation, carve out space to rest and reconnect just the two of you. A calm mind helps create an even better celebration.

The final few weeks can feel full, but with the right support and a calm plan, they can be truly magical.

You’re almost there.

Want to know how we did it?
Luxury event design is never just about huge statement florals. It’s about creating a world, an atmosphere that completely surrounds your guests, drawing them into an experience that feels elegant, emotive and entirely seamless.

That’s right, over here at Rosie Green Events, the design of a wedding or special celebration is a layered art form, where every detail is considered with care, intention and a deep understanding of how people interact with space.

Colour is often the starting point, but it’s never just about picking a palette that’s pretty or on-trend. Colour, when used with thought, has the power to shift the mood. We consider it in context, with the venue, the couple’s personal story, and the kind of feeling we want to create throughout the day.

Sometimes that means building from a foundation of soft neutrals such as ivory, champagne or stone and introducing richer tones like deep burgundy, moss green or antique gold in gentle but powerful ways.

Luxury design doesn’t need to be loud. In fact, the most sophisticated celebrations often hold back. Two or three tones, used with restraint and layered through texture, light and placement, can create something far more powerful than a palette bursting with colour. That sense of cohesion is what guests remember. They may not be able to name it, but they feel it. That is what we did here at Apollos Muse, Mayfair.

When I first started dreaming up this design for Gosford House, I imagined the staircase as an immersive river of sound and movement.

Musicians placed along the steps, floral detail winding its way upwards, and the dining table positioned above it all looking down into the grand hall.

The idea was to create a feeling of flow and depth, a sense that nature has no bounds and beauty can move through space as freely as music or light.

There’s something about marble that always draws me in. Its stillness, its complexity, its quiet power. If you’ve been following the magic we created at Apollo’s Muse, you’ll already know this is a signature thread for me. In a space like this, the marble becomes more than a backdrop. It’s a main character in the story.

To work alongside it, I layered soft textures and Breige sculptured florals that responded to its richness without ever competing. The result was a balance I always come back to. Crafted and natural. Rich and luxurious. Structured and inviting.

This wasn’t about overpowering the space. It was about listening to it and allowing the design to breathe within it.

I’m absolutely thrilled with the response to this work - thank you all so much for your support.

The team and I have loved hearing which elements have resonated with you most.

Behind the doors of a Scottish masterpiece, we redefined modern luxury.

Inspired by the rolling hills and wild meadows of Denton Reserve, the tablescape becomes a living extension of the land. Sculpted mounds of moss, soft grasses, and delicate spring flora appear to rise organically from the grand oak table—crafted from a 300-year-old tree felled naturally within the 2,500-acre estate.

If it’s not exceptional, we’re not interested.
As you will have heard us saying before, the journey matters just as much as the destination.

Our couples get that. They care about the feel of the day as much as the look. They want a wedding that’s deeply personal, completely unique and they know that getting there should be just as intentional.

We don’t do copy-paste weddings. We create layered, luxurious celebrations that reflect who our clients are at heart.

Our clients are our kind of people: warm, driven, thoughtful, fun. They bring the energy and we match it. Every decision is collaborative. Every detail has meaning.

They push us creatively. And we love that. Because if it’s not exceptional, we’re not interested.

There’s something magical about that first shift in the season, the quiet confidence with which Spring returns, and how nature gently reclaims the spotlight.

We have loved the recent sunshine so much, it has lifted our spirits no end here at Rosie Green Events HQ.

We wanted to explore our creativity ahead of the busy season starting, sharing that Spring awakening feeling; a love letter to both the beauty of new beginnings and the charm of old-world artistry.

Inspired by the vintage inspired botanical wallpaper design at the incredible Wootton Hall Estate we brought botanical storytelling to life, layering delicate flowers, soft pastels, fun spring details and textures against the grand historic architecture. Think fabrics that move like a breeze, and flowers that feel as if they’ve grown right from the walls.... that’s the vibe!

This was all about demonstrating balance (and a lot of fun): modern design rooted in heritage, craftsmanship in every corner, and styling that feels intentional, effortless, and full of heart.

From couture gowns made just for this special day, handpicked tablescape details to romantic, painterly scenes where each frame invites you to pause and feel the season unfold.

Here’s to Spring, to fresh beginnings, exciting new projects and the promise of what’s to come.

And to those of you reading this from within the industry, here’s to an incredible 2025 wedding season ahead.

What story will you tell this season?

A few blissful days tucked away in the countryside with my lovely friend Breige — at the beautiful Sandon Hall Estate, a rewilding reserve where restoring and protecting nature is at the heart of everything they do. Wild ponies and lambs roam freely, the scent of spring hangs in the air, and every detail — from the hand-painted wallpaper to the exceptional food and wine — feels thoughtful and grounding. Surrounded by sunshine, great company, and the gentle hum of nature, it was the perfect escape.
