This was one of the most intimate and fun weddings I’ve ever been part of. Grandad was on his knees chasing runaway a toddler to wipe a nose when he was called forward for the quaich! No less stunning and romantic for it. All immersed in autumn golds, it was such a pleasure to chat to your families who are crazy about you. Got to mention the best shoulders I’ve ever seen on a dress! Divine.

Massive congratulations to Abby and Mike, who were gorgeously laid back and clearly made for each other - thank you for letting me be part of it ♥️

Throwing back to Nicola and Peter's nuptials at Tyninghame Village Hall kicking off this summer's weddings. The setting was a testament to the couple's teamwork with crafty planning and hard work turning the space into the dreamiest spot for some emotional wedding vows and an afternoon tea!

Ziggy and Erin dance to the beat of their own drum and so their wedding would be nothing less than uniquely magical. Into a forest dedicated to a long lost friend they ventured, to start their happy ever after. Adorned with flowers they grew from seeds themselves they were witnessed by their loved ones. I’ll tell you a secret…I’m wedding dress obsessed. I’d be equally happy marrying a couple in their civvies and sorry grooms but I get mega excited about the reveal of the dress. When you get two in one, it’s even better and when you’ve got two gorgeous brides and two stunning dresses, it’s the jackpot. There’s so much more to talk about than what they wore, like the dreamy barn at , the reception space (drool), the weather, some of the most stylish guests I’ve ever seen (Kelly’s dad notable mention) but how incredible did Kirsty and Kelly they look on their big day?? The look on their faces when they saw each other for the first time was everything. It always makes me go a bit wobbly 🥰😍👰🏻♥️👰🏻

Hands up if your doggy just HAS to be in attendance on your big day? 🤚🤚🏻🤚🏼🤚🏽🤚🏾🤚🏿 Wendy’s amazing hairdresser played dog sitter to Bonnie during the ceremony so she could join the celebrations. She and her doggy sister Poppy featured heavily in Neil and Wendy’s story so I am gutted I didn’t get to meet her! 🐶♥️ This beautiful moment was captured by 📸

8 years to the day since I attended my very first humanist wedding ceremony. It remains one of the most magical days of my life, so full of love and tears and laughter. It’s all I hope for for every single one of my couples. I’m so grateful to for introducing me to humanism and why writing your own rules for your wedding is the most fun ever. I still can’t quite believe I now get to stand between couples on one of their most magical days. I thought I was quite the lucky 🐄 bagging but the fun never stops. If you’ve ever paused for thought and wondered why bother having a wedding at all, just take a look at our faces, framed by the beaming heads of our mothers, one of whom is sadly no longer here. This morning, looking back through photos I was gifted the joy of seeing her beautiful face again lit up by that magic. ⭐️🪄👰🏻♥️🤵🏻‍♂️ 💫 Love is everything and it deserves celebrating.

Just two weeks to go until I get to marry these two lovely people at ! I’m so excited for them as it’s been a LONG TIME COMING. Postponed multiple times, these two became a three welcoming baby Euan while they patiently waited for their day to come around again. After 13 years together they still look like they’re in the first flush as demonstrated by this cute pre-wedding photo op. Can’t wait guys! 👰🏻♥️🤵🏼

Ladies and gentlemen, Mr and Mrs Mathieson! So much to say about Louise and Kenny. Some unexpected roadworks made the beautiful and highly organised unexpectedly late but handled the pressure well. He knew she would move heaven and earth to make their third wedding date and she did, getting out of the car and walking the rest of the way to meet her love at the top of the aisle. She is a legend and they are a cracking couple. It was such a thrill to marry them yesterday, so much energy buzzing in the room for them, not least from Grandad Willie and Dad Joe who were absolutely beaming with pride. ♥️👰🏻🤵🏻💐🍾

The laughter, the tears, the vows, the autumnal flowers, the venue, the GLAMOUR, the presence of , it was all too much. I loved marrying you two after such a long but patient wait. You are such a dreamy pair and I wish you every happiness in life! ♥️

It is so amazing and so hard to marry a friend to the love of her life. Trying to suppress a tear when she walked in and took everyone’s breath away, not letting my voice quiver when it was all just too sweet and romantic 🥰♥️ It isn’t helped when you’re in a 14th venture castle that oozes a sense of ceremony from every brick. It was epic. Thank you for having me Claire and Callum. It was so worth the wait and I even got a cuddle from before I had to go. I hope you have the most wonderful life together as a Mr & Mrs
