Join us for a day of self-expression with brush, ink, and colour on washi under the guidance of artist Heather Midori Yamada — Stilling the mind and calming the breath with short guided meditations, Heather will lead you to a place of ease and clarity. Brush demonstrations using sumi ink and colour will help you to uncover your own unique and spontaneous, naturalistic and abstract imagery. Explore subtle translucency, pattern and texture using various washi supports and additions in this all-level workshop.
