Vancouver brought the heat.

The Laundry Summit made its Canadian debut — and the turnout blew us away. The room was packed with driven entrepreneurs from across the country, with some flying in from as far as Australia and Hong Kong. This industry has no borders.

The day covered serious ground: real estate strategy, modern laundromat economics, marketing tactics that actually work.
Then came a highlight — our storeowner panel featuring Jeff Moak, Jamie Sewell, Kishore Aggarwal, and Colleen Unema. No fluff. Just real operators breaking down what works, what doesn't, and everything they wish they knew sooner. The crowd loved every minute.

Most laundromats being built today are making the same washer mistake.

Installing low-extraction machines (100G–200G) leaves clothes wetter, increases dry time, and drives up utility costs.

High-G extraction washers spin out more water, reduce dryer time, lower gas bills, and move customers through the store faster.

If you’re building or upgrading a laundromat, this detail matters more than most people realize.
