Less than two weeks until VCT's Silent Movie Mondays Halloween screening of Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde (1920)! 🎃 In this iconic silent horror, the respected Dr. Jekyll (John Barrymore) develops a potion to separate the good and evil sides of human nature. His experiment unleashes Mr. Hyde - the doctor's cruel alter ego who becomes increasingly difficult to control, with tragic consequences.

VCT's fan-favourite Halloween Edition of Silent Movie Mondays includes:
📽️ A classic silent horror film, screened in the Orpheum's hallowed (and reportedly haunted) auditorium
🎶 A ghoulish soundtrack performed live on the theatre's historic Wurlitzer organ
👻 A 'Halloween Costume-Optional' dress code
🎺 A pre-show performance by the Gatsby Strutters Jazz Band and an optional post-show talk
🍿 Popcorn & drink specials

Silent Movie Mondays: Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde (1920)
Oct 26, 2026 | Doors at 6:30pm | Screening at 7:30pm
At the Orpheum in Downtown Vancouver
