✨ Last Step to Being Fully Accessible! ✨
Exciting news at MacIntosh House B&B — the walkway and stairs have just been measured for our soon-to-be removable wheelchair ramp! ♿️
With this final addition, we’re proud to say that MacIntosh House will be ready to welcome guests of any age or ability.
Our newly converted main-floor bedroom connects directly to a private, accessible washroom featuring:
*A comfort-height toilet with grab bar
*A shower equipped with a medical chair and grab bars
*Thoughtful design touches throughout for safety, comfort, and ease
A heartfelt thank you to Suzanne at Above & Beyond Interiors for her expert guidance in aging in place and accessibility — right down to the style of faucets and toilet flushers — to help make this dream a reality.
