We are excited to announce Maxine will be firing up for one last event this season, its a cool one friends!
Sugar Bones Farm will be hosting thir first psychic fair in North Gower. There will be live shows, live music, artisans and makers.... the best part, proceeds will be going to help children's programs at the Ossgoode Youth Association.
We are working on a menu special for this event so stay tuned or just get your butts out there October 18th ❤️🤘❤️

Thank you to all the "Old Bastards" who came out to the rally this weekend and showed us support while you were there.
We had twice the volume we did last year and we sold out early. I can't express how greatful we are.

We are excited to be returning to out favourite event of the year. A great group of people having fun and showing up for their community. Come on out, rain or shine Mad Maxine's fire will be pumping. This year we'll be serving ribs, burgers, sausages, pulled pork and more.

I'd like to give a big Thank you to our new friends at Iron Forge Embrun. First of all, best pizza ever! Second, Kate! Kate stepped in and helped my crew when she saw they were overwhelmed while I was off site and insisted she still pay for her breakfast. Thank you Kate ❤️

Good morning friends❣️ today is the day to be in Spencerville! We've been up late stoking Maxine's fire as we slow smoked these ribs and skewered our new "Grill" Pickle Chicken for the rib competition at SpencerCity Bar & Grill. Hit up the Joe's staff for a refreshing beverage, order some snacks and sides then grab a half rack hot off the grill. $15 tax in. Don't let the rain keep you away. Its supposed to dry up around noon so come on out this morning to Spencerville Seasonal Market over at the municipal building. Great vendors selling wares made with love.
We will be serving from 11:30 to 5 or until the meat is gone 😁🤘

Happy Canada Day!!
I had the privilege of spending mine with my most favourite boy and most favourite girl in the universe.

Maxine deeply loved cooking at this year's -a-palooza last week and shes excited to fire up again at the rib competition being held at SpencerCity Bar & Grill on July 20th

We are so excited to be "meating" with the fine folks over at -a-palooza.

Catalyst always does things from the heart and this is a big one!

$20 at the gate. Eat your heart out!

A portion of proceeds will be going to Leeds and Grenville Mental Health in honour of our of our friend Ryan.

SpencerCity Bar & Grill parking lot. Food served at 2pm, come out for great friends, great entertainment a la "the valley shanty man" and loads of meat.

Happy, crisp, monday friends! We had a full week last week and topped it off with a winter appearance of our Mad Maxine, cooking up striploin and chicken for some really great people Saturday. We've had a wild ride getting into our catering flow this season and had a ball. I want to thank you all for your kind reviews and patronage. Christmas is the season of giving but for us, its a season of reflection and thanks.
We are going to give Maxine a good clean up and let her rest untill we are back at it this spring.
