As humans our EGO can help us a lot when it’s necessary. When it comes to music and DJing and playing for other people, ego can take you down faster than anything else. Find a balance and stay humble. If you haven’t written out WHY you DJ then your ego will win every time. We GET TO play music and that is a privilege. Make it fun! That’s the whole point( usually)… Unless you make sad music - there is a place for that too! I even have a F U playlist and hope to put that mix together soon!

The Uni-Verse loves a small world moment 🏔️

Behind me: Adrienne LaFleur Jean Paul Lafleur whose wedding I had the honour of DJing 20 years ago, and who showed up to every one of my crazy parties after that. 💍🎶

In front: Iverson and Erika Bliss aka Erika Bliss, friends I’ve known for 30 years. 🫶

All from teeny tiny mountain towns, all in the same place at the same time. This is what decades of music and community look like. 🎧🌹🌱💕
