After a fantastic day yesterday, making the most of a rare Saturday off ( enjoying Downtown Courtenay Market Day, CYMC's production of Hadestown and an evening of laughs and connection with pals at Gladstones) I am refreshed and putting the final touches on some weddings, including this stunning day with Josh and Kira. This was the kind of day I love to be part of, it was relaxed, genuine and full of laughs - with the sweetest, kindest couple and a great team of vendors.

Each year, this award is given to a CVWBN member who generously shares her time, energy, and experience in support of the network and our wider community. I’m truly grateful to be recognized in this way and to be part of such a thoughtful, committed group of women. Minerva, the Roman goddess of wisdom and craft, is often symbolized by the owl—a quiet guide with clear vision. I’ll hold that symbol close as I continue to grow alongside this inspiring network.
