This week's Dance Temple theme?
DANCE.

No homework. No spiritual prerequisites. No need to contemplate the deeper meaning of your left foot.

Just show up, feel the music, and move your body.
That's the whole invitation.
See you Sunday! 💃🕺

Trance-Formation 🌿✨

This Sunday at Dance Temple.

As the seasons turn and we gather indoors once again, we'll journey through rhythm, breath, and movement into that beautiful place where the music begins to move us.

Come dance. Come gather. Come see what wants to transform.

Beach Fam Jam, the one and only for 2026! 🤯

Thanks to everyone who participated, came out, danced, and enjoyed the day. Big thanks to our wonderful DJs and the people who came and hauled gear in and out. It was certainly a community effort 💪💖

I am also pleased to report that we raised enough donations to send $40 to the Transition Society. ❤️ Every little bit counts, so thanks so much!

We'll see you on the beach next year, if not sooner. 👊

Only a couple days away from the Beach Fam Jam! ☀️💓

Stoked to be having our first-ever set from a dear friend and an amazing DJ, BOHEALO. 🎶

BOHEALO, a musical project devoted to uplifting human spirit through rhythm, movement, and joy. BOHEALO represents the fusion of Bohemian adventure and freedom and the offering of healing energy — a playful upbeat musical experience that invites people into dance, connection, and flow state. The music blends ethnic grooves, organic house, funky rhythms, EDM vibes, ecstatic dance arcs, tribal percussion, blues fusion, world instruments, soulful vocals, and deep melodic house. The feelings invited are joyful, playful, liberating, spiritual, and deeply groovy. The philosophy behind BOHEALO is rooted in the universal principles of vibration, frequency, motion, infinity, spirals, love, and collective energy. Dance becomes a way for humans to tune themselves back into the rhythm of the universe.

🌊💪 BEACH FAM JAM NEEDS A FEW GOOD HUMANS! 💪🌊

We’re just a couple days out and I’m calling in a little community muscle to help make the magic happen!

We could use some extra hands getting gear down to the beach and set up starting around 1:30 PM, plus some help hauling it all back out at the end of the day.

Even 30 minutes or an hour makes a huge difference. 🙌

I’ll have some cold drinks on hand to keep everyone hydrated, some tunes will undoubtedly be playing, and many hands make light work... especially when those hands are carrying speakers. 😂🔊

If you’re up for lending a hand, send me a message! I’d be super grateful to have your support. 💛🌊

🪩🔥 MR. VIBES IS COMING TO THE BEACH! 🔥🪩

Funky. Groovy. Playful. Deliciously danceable.

Mr. Vibes is joining us for Beach Fam Jam, bringing the kind of tunes that make standing still a very questionable life choice. 🕺💃

Good times incoming. September 12. Comox Lake. 🌊☀️

Bring your people. Bring your moves. Catch the Vibes. 🎶

❤️🌧️ Well, that was something special.

Huge love to everyone who came out for Dance Temple: Heart of the Matter. The weather cooperated, the dance floor was ALIVE, and somehow there was a giant tent left over from a wedding the night before. Apparently the universe had already decided this party was happening. 😂🙏

And the best part? I recorded the set! 🎶 I’m so happy with how this journey unfolded, and judging by the dance floor, a few of you were too.

It’s now up on SoundCloud, so have a listen, relive the dance, or take it somewhere completely new.

Follow the heart. Trust the dance. Turn it up. ❤️🔊
