My name is Rebecca O'Sullivan and I am an Authorised Australian Registered Marriage Celebrant and I reside in Rockingham, Western Australia. I have been with my partner for over 20yrs who is also the father of my 3 boys. Our family also consists of a dog and an aviary of birds, plus I am a Grandmother of 2 beautiful boys & a first in the family granddaughter. All of whom keep me very busy, but I w

This is why I became a Civil Celebrant, to be a part of people's happiness & grief, so they will remember their special occasion's with fondness & wonderful memories. I offer all of my clients a very personalised service, which comes from the heart, as I am very passionate about giving people exactly what they want for their special day. I visit you in the comfort of your own home as i know how hectic life can be with work and family and not to mention when you are trying to arrange a special event. You have more than enough running around to do, so the last I want to be doing is adding to that pressure by asking you to come to me. I offer a large range of services such as Wedding & Commitment Ceremonies, Vow Renewals, Naming Ceremonies & Funeral Services. No weddings lately, but that certainly doesn’t mean I’ve been sitting still. Between funerals and a few personal events, life has been keeping me wonderfully busy.

One of the highlights recently was catching up with my dear friend and social media manager, Michelle, while she made a quick trip back to Perth for her youngest granddaughter’s 4th birthday. 🎂💜

I do miss having this lovely lady around, but I absolutely love seeing her embrace life on the road and explore this beautiful country of ours with Craig. I might be just a little bit envious too! 😝

It was so nice to spend some time together and have a good catch up. Safe travels, my friend. Until next time! 🥰

There are some people who come into your life during the hardest moments and somehow leave a permanent mark on your heart 🤍

You were there with us when we said goodbye to our mums, guiding us through some of the darkest days we have ever faced with so much compassion, kindness and love 🤍

So when it came time for one of the happiest and most important moments of our lives, there was never a question of who we wanted standing beside us. We couldn’t imagine anyone else marrying us except you 🤍💍🥂

Having you there on our wedding day meant more to us than words could ever explain. Our ceremony was absolutely beautiful, so personal, emotional and full of love. You captured our story perfectly and created the most incredible atmosphere for our day ✨

Our ceremony entrance.. just wow! The idea you came up with for the groomsmen & bridesmaids entrance was amazing and of course my grand entrance as well, it’s something I will never ever forget, it was pure magic ✨

You truly are such a beautiful human, inside and out, and anyone lucky enough to have you beside them on their own important day would feel exactly the same way we do. Your warmth, kindness, compassion and genuine love for people shines through in everything you do 🤍

It felt so special having someone who truly knows our story, our grief, our journey and our love, helping us begin this next chapter as husband and wife 💍

How beautiful and peaceful is this little hidden gem on the Murray River behind Exchange Hotel Pinjarra where Bec & Jason chose to hold their surprise “engagement” wedding ceremony. 🤍

It was such a privilege to stand beside them on such a special day. What made it even more meaningful for me was hearing Bec’s dad say, “I didn’t know you could smile.” 🙂

😄 We both had a laugh because, over the years, I’ve also been there with their family through some incredibly difficult farewells for loved ones.

🥰 Moments like this are a beautiful reminder that alongside the sadness, there can also be so much love, happiness and celebration.

🥳 A huge shoutout to Barefoot & Boho Events for the incredible setup and for providing one of the best musicians I’ve heard in a very long time. They helped make Bec & Jason’s day feel truly magical and the perfect beginning to their next chapter together as husband and wife. ✨💍

No matter what type of wedding you dream of, whether it’s a surprise ceremony, something simple and intimate, or a big celebration surrounded by family and friends, I would love to help make that dream come true as your celebrant… just like I did for Jason & Bec. 💞

Friday 8/5 was such a special and emotional day for me 💕

These two beautiful people hold a very special place in my heart and always will. I had the privilege of standing beside both Tara and Jed during some of the hardest moments in their lives when they said goodbye to their beautiful mums… so being there with them on one of the happiest days of their lives as they became husband and wife was incredibly meaningful 💍✨

I may have once told them that if they ever got married, I HAD to be their celebrant 😘 and their response was “of course… we wouldn’t have anyone else.”

Through every challenge life has thrown at them, their love has stayed strong and steady and I know it always will 💕

Thank you both for allowing me to be part of such an important chapter in your story 💞

Sometimes the simplest ceremonies are the ones that stay with you the most 💞

Recently I had the honour of marrying a gorgeous couple in their home surrounded by the people closest to them. They chose a simple “legal words only” ceremony and it was still incredibly personal, meaningful and full of love.

Not every wedding needs the big fanfare to be special 💍

For privacy I can’t share photos from their day, but I can share this beautiful hamper one of their witnesses put together for them afterwards 🥂✨

💒 One day I’m standing beside two nervous people about to say “I do”… 👶 the next I’m helping a family celebrate a brand new little life or, 🕊️ honouring someone who was deeply loved.
