Our packages are based on a wedding/event of up to 100 guests.

Travel is charged at $2 per kilometre from our office in Baldivis WA and additional staff will be added if the guest limit exceeds 100.

We are completely BYO; all packages are exclusive of alcohol.

If you'd like to create your own caravan bar package, we can assist you in tailoring a package for you!

THE COCKTAIL HOUR

From $2000.00 + GST

This package is perfect if your venue or caterer already offers a drinks package and you just want something fun to entertain your guests during the afternoon canapés while you're off having photos done. This package is strictly limited to Fridays only.

Hire of Vintage Ardent Spirit Bar + service for 2 - 3 hours during canapés

Provision of ice and glassware

Barware consumables including straws and napkins.

RSA qualified bar staff

Fruit-infused water dispensers at the bar

Personalised bar menu

Background music played within the bar

Two lawn games

Option to add Barista Coffee and Tea - $3 per guest

THE PARTY STARTER

From $2400.00 + GST

Styling of the bar area

Custom bar playlist & background music (If we notice an awkward silence, we'll turn it up and keep the vibe going)

Access to ordering templates to help with deciding alcohol quantities

A cute pre-packed cooler bag of bevies to take with you for bridal party snaps

Two lawn games

Pretzels, nuts & bar snacks on the bar for your guests to nibble

Face to face meetings to discuss your event & assistance with planning

Option to add Barista Coffee and Tea - $3 per guest

We have availability to take bookings for this year's wedding season starting in Spring.

Our little mobile bar/cafe is coming along and we have given her a new name. Colin James aka hubby had been a busy 🐝 putting new flooring, electrical and lighting. He made me this cute little sign of the logo I designed for her. It’s ready to for booking for the spring and summer celebration.

This beautiful lady was our marriage celebrant in 2017. Lorna has a very kind and gentle approach with the patience of a saint.

Thank you to Wedding Expos Australia for a wonderful day yesterday at Claremont Showground. I'm looking forward to following up with all the lovely couples who took the time to stop and chat with me about their wedding plans. Exciting times ahead!!

I don’t have a Halloween wedding this year. So I’ve planned a ghoulish Halloween wedding for my community and the kiddies that will be out trick and treating ♥️👻🦇🧙🏼

BARRC is a wonderful NFP group of people that take in fur babies young and old. The High Tea fundraiser is to help with the continued care they provide.
Why not get together with friends and family and enjoy the beautiful grounds of The Peel Manor House. Gorgeous was to spend a spring afternoon.
