We work closely with our trusted celebrants, venues, furniture hire companies, photographers, makeup artists and more, bringing together a true A-Team for your dream day.
On-the-day coordination may also include:
🌻Acting as the main point of contact for all vendors
🌻Managing the wedding day timeline and keeping everything running on schedule
🌻Coordinating vendor arrivals, setup, and pack-down
🌻Cueing the ceremony music and coordinating the processional
🌻Organising the ceremony run-through and lining everyone up
🌻Troubleshooting unexpected issues discreetly (weather changes, late vendors, missing items)
🌻Handling last-minute styling adjustments and detail checks
🌻Ensuring signage, seating plans, place cards and favours are set out correctly
🌻Managing furniture placement and layout transitions
🌻Overseeing ceremony-to-reception flip
🌻Keeping the bridal party informed and calm throughout the day
🌻Assisting with dress bustling, veil placement and final touch-ups
🌻Ensuring bouquets, buttonholes and rings are where they need to be
🌻Coordinating confetti toss, group photos and guest movement
🌻Managing gifts, cards and personal items safely
🌻Liaising with the MC for speeches, entrances and formalities
🌻Keeping food, drinks and canapés flowing as planned liaising with catering staff
🌻Monitoring guest comfort (hydration, seating, shade, heaters, blankets)
🌻Keeping children, elderly guests or special needs guests comfortable
🌻Making executive decisions on the couple’s behalf when needed
🌻Ensuring the couple sticks to their vision, even when plans shift
