HOT TIPS for your next site visit 👀

Walk the venue like a guest, not a planner. Check the full journey: arrival, registration, cloakroom, main space, catering, toilets, breakout areas and exits.

Before you fall in love with the aesthetics, check the access. Can suppliers, guests, speakers, crew and accessibility users actually move through the space easily?

Take photos and videos of EVERYTHING: entrances, loading bays, power points, ceiling heights, signage locations, back-of-house areas, parking and any “problem zones.”

And don’t forget the essentials: ask where the power is, check load limits, and test the Wi-Fi exactly where registration, production, livestreaming and guests will be.

This week we swapped laptops for gloves and headed back to Dixons Creek for our annual tree planting day.

Together we planted close to 500 native trees, helping restore local habitat and contribute to a greener future.

It's our second year participating in this initiative and it's become one of our favourite traditions.

Last week we had the pleasure of bringing Melbourne’s North Circular Economy Forum to life! ♻️✨

The energy in the room was incredible as local businesses, sustainability leaders, and industry experts came together to discuss the new business landscape where Environmental, Social, and Governance credentials are essential for reducing costs, securing financing, and winning contracts. From inspiring panels to buzzing breakout sessions, it was amazing to see so much collaboration in action.

We loved working behind the scenes to help bring this vital event to life. A massive thank you to all the speakers, attendees, and partners who made the day such a huge success!
