You've booked the venue, chosen your suppliers, planned the styling and thought about all those little details that make your day uniquely yours. ❤️

But who's making sure it all comes together on the day?

As your on-the-day coordinator, I'm there to help bring all your planning together, coordinate with your suppliers, keep things running to schedule and manage those behind-the-scenes details.

Think of me as your go-to person, helping everything run as smoothly as possible while you focus on what really matters.

POV: You said “I’ll just organise the party myself…” 😂

And suddenly you’re juggling the venue, invitations, food, decorations, entertainment, RSVPs… and approximately 472 other little jobs nobody warned you about! 🤯

So before the party planning brain kicks in, SAVE this checklist 📌

It’s your little reminder of the things to think about from the very first “what are we doing?” all the way through to “OMG, the party is today!” 🎈

✨ My favourite tip?
Don’t leave everything until the final week. Breaking the jobs down into smaller chunks makes the whole process feel SO much more manageable.

For those couples who have their planning under control but not how to make the wedding look of their dreams come to life.



01- THE PINTEREST BOARD

I'll help you create the Pinterest board chock full of those inspo pics.

We will then just sorting through the myriad of possibilities. When you start a Pinterest board you without a doubt, will become what I affectionately term 'pin happy' 📌

TOP TIP: Start by adding anything and everything you want to your Pinterest board. Then when you are pretty sure you can't possibly add more, everyday cut a handful of pins off. Then a few more the next, and so on. After about a week, you will have culled to a reasonable level so that when you keep adding pins you won't be overwhelmed by the sheer number of them




PLAY TIME

I will be giving you a folder to keep your samples in. Colour charts, candles, fabric swatches - you get the picture.

You'll be very hands on in creating that look

FUN TIMES

Once we have a solid plan, I will start researching and recommending vendors that provide the necessary items we need

THE BIG DAY

On the BIG DAY, I will be there ironing the linen, placing the cutlery and setting up your dream wedding.

Let’s settle this once and for all…

When your child has a birthday party, who makes the guest list?

🎂 The whole class?

👯 Their 5 closest friends?

🏫 Everyone except the child they’re currently not speaking to? 😂

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Friends + cousins + siblings + the neighbours?

Or…

💭 “Whoever fits in the venue!”

And then there’s the classic:

“But MUM… they invited me to their party!” 😬

Suddenly you’re doing diplomatic negotiations over cake and party bags.

Personally, I think there’s no magic number — it depends on your child, the age, the party and what works for your family.

Designing an unforgettable wedding goes far beyond simply choosing a color theme. It’s about creating a sensory palette. 💎✨

When I designed this tablescape layout, the goal was to create immediate visual depth through layers of intentional texture.

By pairing the soft, organic weave of a cornflower blue linen cloth with the rich, deep weight of knotted navy velvet napkins, the entire layout instantly feels grounded and high-end.

I balanced the cool, serene blue tones with the warmth of brushed gold cutlery and the structural elegance of tapered candles in golden brass holders.

The final touch?

Textured, handmade deckle-edge menus that invite your guests to touch, feel, and truly experience your setting the moment they take their seats. 🕯️🕊️

When you look past basic color swatches and plan with a focus on contrasting textures, your reception space transitions from standard to a total editorial masterclass.

🎉 DJ or Spotify playlist for your milestone birthday?

It’s one of those decisions that can seem pretty simple…

Until you realise that someone has to be in charge of the music on the night! 😂

A Spotify playlist is definitely the budget-friendly option. You get complete control, you can include all your favourites and you can spend weeks putting together the perfect soundtrack.

But then comes the party…

“Can you play this one?”
“Can you turn it up?”
“Can you skip this song?”
“Why isn't there any 90s music?” 😂

Suddenly, you're not just celebrating your milestone birthday — you're the DJ!

A professional DJ costs more, but they can take that job completely off your plate. They can read the room, respond to the crowd, manage requests and keep the music flowing while you concentrate on the important stuff…

❌ You may find yourself worrying about the music instead of enjoying your party!

The DJ

✅ Handles transitions and volume

✅ Often brings professional sound equipment

✅ You get to actually enjoy your own party!

BUT…

❌ More expensive

❌ You may have less control over every individual song

❌ You need to find a DJ whose style matches your crowd
