TBI recently facilitated a 2-day Team Effectiveness Journey with Airports Company South Africa Corporate Services division at Premier Hotel OR Tambo. From theory to practice 🎓🌿

It’s always a privilege welcoming the NWU - North-West University Honours Recreation students back for their yearly visit with TBI. Sharing over 30 years of practical experience in experiential learning and team development creates an opportunity for students to see how theory comes to life in real environments.

Through an unfacilitated high ropes course experience, students were encouraged to step outside their comfort zones, make their own decisions, and reflect on their personal experiences long after the day ended.

Thank you to the North-West University group for your energy, curiosity, and willingness to embrace the experience. We look forward to seeing where your future in recreation and facilitation leads. 🌱

Strategy comes to life when teams understand both themselves and each other.

The Munich Re, Group Africa EXCO Team recently took part in an individual self-awareness journey facilitated online, followed by an in-person “Team Growth in Team Context” session. Through the power of HBDI insights and interactive business simulation activities, the team explored how different thinking preferences influence communication, collaboration, decision-making, and strategic alignment.

By bringing the theory into practical team experiences, the session created a deeper, more holistic understanding of how diverse thinking drives stronger business outcomes and supports the successful ex*****on of this year’s strategy.

At TBI, we believe growth happens when teams are empowered to Feel, Think, and Behave with intention.
