About the food.
Saturday we hosted the Dining with a difference event.

Starters were chicken liver paté with pickled cucumber, onion marmalade and crispy bruchetta.

The main course was a delicious fillet medallion topped with asparagus, a mini golden potato and mushroom pie with a velvety redwine and pomegranate reduction. With the Groenland Antoinette Marie wine as a pairing.

For dessert we indulged in spicy chocolate brownies with a pistachio gelato
