Qendra Multimedia is a cultural organization based in Prishtina, Kosovo, focused on contemporary theatre and literature.

Qendra’s main focus is in contemporary theater and dramaturgy. Qendra produces and co-produces cultural activities for all ages; locally and internationally. It cooperates with cultural institutions, universities, theaters, theater schools and art organizations from all around the globe. The exchange with international partners is a key element of the work of Qendra Multimedia. Over the last years, various international cultural co-productions have emerged. Qendra has organized more than 100 cultural projects in Kosovo as well as in other countries of Europe, including Serbia, Macedonia, France, Germany, UK, Austria, Albania etc. Qendra creates its own events and facilitate programming for the others. Qendra’s theater productions have been invited to many international theater festivals across Europe, but also in Asia and Africa.

Teatri i Qytetit “Bekim Fehmiu” bëhet sërish pikëtakim i teatrit bashkëkohor ndërkombëtar!

Nga 6 deri më 8 nëntor 2026, do të jeMI nikoqir të edicionit të radhës të Kosovo Theatre Showcase, një platformë e rëndësishme për prezantimin e teatrit, shkëmbimin artistik dhe diskutimin mbi zhvillimet e skenës bashkëkohore.

I organizuar nga Qendra Multimedia, për të dytin vit me radhë Teatri i Qytetit “Bekim Fehmiu” do të mirëpresë artistë, regjisorë, dramaturgë, kritikë dhe profesionistë të teatrit nga Kosova dhe bota.

Programi përfshin punëtori, konferenca, diskutime me panelistë ndërkombëtarë dhe shfaqje teatrore, duke krijuar hapësirë për dialog, ide të reja dhe bashkëpunime artistike.

Në mesin e folësve dhe panelistëve të konfirmuar janë emra të njohur të skenës ndërkombëtare, si Mark Ravenhill, Sebastian Nübling, Mattias Andersson, Oliver Frljić, Giannina Carbunariu, Data Tavadze dhe Natasha Tripney.

Agata Tomsic (IT) joins Kosovo Theatre Showcase 2026 as one of the speakers at our international theatre conference:

[DE]CONTAMINATING THE TRUTH: Can Theatre Reconcile the Contradictions Between Truths? If Yes, Then at What Cost?

Agata Tomsic is an Italian-Slovenian actress, dramaturg, theatre director and theorist. She co-founded the theatre company ErosAntEros with Davide Sacco in 2010 and has since developed work exploring the relationship between theatre, politics and contemporary society. She has co-directed POLIS Teatro Festival in Ravenna since 2018 and is set to become the artistic director of Mittelfest for the 2027–2029 editions.

Lea Maria Unterseer is a German dramaturg working at Munich’s Residenztheater. She studied Italian Studies, English Studies and dramaturgy in Munich, Venice and London. She is also part of the team behind the international WELT/BÜHNE festival and served as artistic production manager for its 2026 edition.
