🎆 Happy Independence Day from NCW Event Rentals! 🇺🇸

We are so incredibly thankful to live in this great country and to have the opportunity to do what we love every single day. The freedom, community, and spirit of celebration that define America inspire us constantly, and we’re honored to be part of the moments that bring people together!

We’re also deeply grateful for our amazing customers who helped us wrap up projects early this week, making it possible for our team to enjoy some well-deserved time with friends and family. Your support means the world to us!

We’ll be closed from Wednesday, July 3 through Sunday, July 6 and will return to emails on Monday, July 7.

Tonight, our community gathers to honor the lives of Olivia, Paighton, and Evelyn; three radiant young girls taken from this world far too soon. We are heartbroken by the tragedy that stole them, and deeply honored to provide the event rentals for their celebration of life.

As we unfolded the 700 chairs for tonight’s ceremony, we found a handful dusted in gold glitter… a quiet, shimmering reminder that their spirits are still among us. A sign of joy in the midst of heartbreak.

May this space hold the weight of love, sorrow, and remembrance. Our hearts are with everyone grieving these precious lives tonight. May their light live on forever. 💔✨🕊️

Summer Event Crew – Flexible Shifts (5–6 Openings)
Location: Wenatchee, Chelan, Leavenworth & surrounding areas
Company: NCW Event Rentals

NCW Event Rentals is hiring 5–6 hardworking, dependable crew members to help with summer event setups and teardowns. This is flexible, temp work — you pick up open shifts that fit your schedule. Most shifts are Monday–Friday, with occasional weekends or late nights.

You would be in a helper role and working under and along side lead crew members.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Load, unload, and help assist crew leads set up event equipment (tents, stages, flooring, etc.)
• Regular lifting of 50–100 lbs, with occasional lifting over 100 lbs
• Work outdoors in summer weather and on your feet
• Follow directions, work efficiently, and support your team

Requirements:
• Physically strong – this is labor
• Able to lift and move large items safely
• Punctual, dependable, and able to follow instructions
• Comfortable working in heat, late nights, and some weekends
• Clean driving record required
• Must pass a drug test
• Available for Monday–Friday shifts, with some weekend work

Pay & Perks:
• Starting pay: minimum wage
• Team player bonus opportunities
• Flexible scheduling – pick up shifts that work for you!
• Work at unique venues across NCW
• Active, fast-paced team environment

This Memorial Day, we pause to honor and remember the brave men and women who gave everything for our freedom.

We’re incredibly grateful for our amazing clients who made early drop-offs possible this week—thank you for your flexibility and kindness!

NCW Event Rentals will be out of the office Friday through Monday as we spend time with our families before the busy summer season begins.

Huge thank you to our friends at for helping us upgrade our fleet with a stunning new Chevy 3500 LTZ work truck!

We’re excited to roll up in style for their Summer Employee Party and 45th Anniversary Celebration, two amazing milestones we’re honored to be part of.

The Wenatchee Valley Marathon is happening today and we’re so excited to be a small part of it! 🏃‍♀️🏃‍♂️🎶🎤

We provided the stage for live music by starting at 11AM on Wenatchee Avenue—right in the heart of the action.🎶🎤🎤🥁

Come cheer on the runners, grab a drink from the beer garden, and enjoy eats from , food trucks and more!There’s even a bounce house for the kids!
