WILDFIRE SMOKE CANCELLATION UPDATE

We want to thank everyone for your patience as we continue working through the unusually high number of rentals cancelled due to wildfire smoke and hazardous air quality.

Unfortunately, what we hoped would be a short-term issue has continued for nearly 1–2 months and has resulted in the cancellation of nearly all of our scheduled rentals during this period, many at the last minute.

As a small, family-owned business, we sincerely apologize for any delays in communication, refunds, or credits while we work through each reservation individually.

For rentals cancelled due to wildfire smoke:

• If we were able to rebook your rental date, you will receive a future rental credit for the FULL value of your rental.

• If we were unable to rebook the date, you will receive a future rental credit for the amount paid, less the applicable mandatory/non-refundable deposit.

• Any travel or delivery charges paid will be reimbursed, provided no additional travel or delivery expenses were incurred prior to cancellation.

TO RECEIVE YOUR CREDIT:

Please email [email protected] with your:

Full Name + Original Rental Date

We truly appreciate everyone's patience and understanding as we navigate an incredibly difficult wildfire season. Our goal is to be as fair as possible to every customer while also allowing our small family business to continue operating.

Thank you for supporting 509 Rentalz. ❤️

Another record-breaking weekend is in the books! 💪🎉

After a 4-day, 60-hour sprint of nothing but rentals, rentals, rentals, we figured our crew earned a little victory lap… so here’s one of our team members taking our electric dolly for a ride with a waterslide in tow. 😂

Behind every bounce house, waterslide, tent, table, and chair is a hardworking crew putting in the hours to make your events a success.

Most importantly, THANK YOU to our incredible customers. Your continued support has made this our busiest season yet, and we truly couldn’t do it without you. Every booking supports a local, family-owned business, and we don’t take that for granted.

Now… we’re going to catch our breath for about 30 seconds… then it’s back to rentals! 😎
