Meet Mike & Carrie — Our In-House Bartending Dream Team!

We’re beyond excited to introduce this amazing husband & wife duo as the official bartenders at Sage Creek Ranch!

When alcohol is served at your event, a bartender is required — and now we’ve got you covered with a fantastic in-house option!

Mike is a proud member of our fire family, which means when you book with us, you’re not only getting a skilled bartender… you’re also backed by a trained paramedic— talk about peace of mind!

Carrie brings the charm, Mike brings the calm, and together they bring the flavor! Their drinks are as good as their vibes— smooth, fun, and always a hit with guests.

**Meet Stefani, our incredible in-house caterer!**
She’s not only part of our fire family—she’s also a total pro when it comes to feeding a crowd. Stef is known for whipping up enough food to feed an army, and everything she makes is absolutely delicious. From BBQ to Mexican to Italian (or even a mix of all three), her food always hits the spot.

Guests often tell us it’s *nothing* like typical wedding food—in the best way possible.

Meet the team: Kim is our amazing leader who not only owns the ranch but she handles pretty much every detail that keeps it going. From fixing anything that breaks, building decorations for clients, mowing lawns, catching snakes, decorating, landscaping, cleaning casitas, she is all things behind the scenes. Even with all of the BTS that she does, that doesn't stop her from putting in full days on wedding weekends to ensure everything is taken care of. Also did I mention she works full time as a paramedic firefighter, so all of those other things (and so much more) happen on her off days from her job? Kim is one of the most hard working people we know and our whole team is better for knowing her and getting to work with her.

Also shout out to her son, Jake, who you will often find rolling around on his hoverboard, helping set up or serve dinner, making friends with any kid that comes to the ranch and helping his mom get all of the many jobs done.
