The Tasting Room at The Vault Catering is excited to host Tacoma Chef, Jan Parker, for a one-of-a-kind culinary event with The Vault’s own Executive Chef, Mary Cortez.

Jan Parker has been featured on Food Network’s Chopped and Ciao House competitions. She has also been voted Best Chef 2020 by South Sound Magazine.
Her Filipino cuisine has been a longstanding favorite at the Proctor Farmers Market.

This collaborative event will highlight both Filipino and Mexican flavors meant to complement the wines of the Hispanic owned Washington winery, Martinez & Martinez.
