Meet our chef!

Chef John Wahlke started working in a kitchen when he was 17-- and has never left.

Having spent the last decade working in a range of restaurants, from upscale seafood to a family pub, John brings a true range of experience to the kitchen. Most recently John worked at the Salish Lodge as the Executive Sous Chef where he created the menus for the four star dining room, in room dining, and cocktail lounge.

Today John goes above and beyond as our Catering Chef. Always bringing fresh ideas, John has played a key role in revamping our menu, making it more diverse and exciting. His natural talent and love for food (and eating) makes him an invaluable member of our team. We love having John as our Catering Chef, and know you will love the food he prepares as much as we do.

Originally from Federal Way, WA, John particularly loves cooking seafood and experimenting with new ice cream flavors. In his free time John can be found at a Mariner's game rooting for his home team. He hopes to some day run his own cooking school.
