Work Hard PLAY Harder!

Ya’ll know I’m an avid sports fan, and today, my bestie since the age of 8, and I, left out husbands at home and took a day trip to SAN FRAN to check out ! 💙⚾️🧢

The hospitality was fantastic, the stadium is beautiful and to top it off, we were in section! if you are a baseball fan, and don’t follow him, you need to!

Trevor, I totally wasn’t kidding about putting something together for Seattle! Let’s do this!!

It’s no secret here….theres nothing that we love more than a perfectly prepped, prep counter!

Here’s a little glimpse of what it looks like before that window opens… Then it gets wild!

Does it look the same every day? Nope. It depends on if we’re doing a regular service, a catering, a market, what’s on the menu for the day, etc .

This particular day, the customer that we were doing catering for, chose three different burgers instead of the full menu. So the refrigerated counter shows the things we will need from there…..It’s a science I tell ya 😂

BMK’ers, it’s a perfect night for the 🍔🎤 It’s going to be a beau-tee-ful evening!
