Remember the Electric Slide? I had the opportunity to be the DJ at the Worlds largest Electric Slide on Freedom Plaza in WDC. Here is Marcia Griffiths as she came all the way from Jamaica to sing her song live for this event. I believe we had about 3-5000 people that showed up.
Standing with us is Gregg Diggs, he was the Music Director at WKYS, later he went on to produce Video Soul and Music Director at BET.

Back in the 80's while working in the Promotions Department at WKYS I had the opportunity to meet numerous celebrities. Natalie Cole was a lot taller than I expected. She was very nice and humble.
