The Salvation Army will be located in the Youth Building at the Clark County Fairgrounds, run by Major Pam and Major David Rhodes. 8:30 am - 6:30pm, Monday through Friday for donations, from December 8-Dec. 16. Distribution will be Dec 18-19. You are welcome to stop in to make donations of toys or cash, or to offer to help! All donations and help are appreciated!

The November Fair board meeting has been rescheduled to Nov 12, 2025 at 7pm in the fair board room and the December board meeting was rescheduled to Dec 17, 2025 at approximately 7pm in the APBA Arts building, following the Jr/Sr Fair board Christmas party.

The Fair Camping committee is studying the community for the supply/demand of campsites to see if our current amount of sites is sufficient, and if not, if we are able to add any sites.

Please do not respond if you currently own or are renting a campsite!
However, if you have been trying to get a site and have been unable to get one, and are willing to pay for it, please contact the Fair office so we can get an accurate idea of whether there is a shortage in supply. Call 937-323-3090 between 8:30am-4:30pm

Applications for the Campsite lottery will be available Nov 10-14, so we would like to have an idea as soon as possible, so please respond by Nov 7th.
