We’ve got practice tonight 💜
🚨all athletes should be in attendance tonight and 1/8🚨

Dress rehearsal- have Athletes come to practice in their uniforms, cheer shoes, hair up.
It’s okay if your athlete is not in uniform due to exchanges. If they don’t have cheer shoes yet, that’s okay as well. Just make sure to have tennis shoes.

Reminders:
✨pay for class before arrival
No pay=no class
✨bring a water
✨eat and use the restroom before class
✨proper athletic attire
✨hair up no jewelry

D1-5:15-6:00pm
D2-6:05-6:50
D3-6:55-7:35pm
D4-7:45-8:30pm

Parents may come in for check in and at the last five minutes of class.

The challenge was laid out a couple of day ago, Bobby Olsen and his machine Draxon are looking to capitalize on the momentum they gained at Monster Bash when they beat the silverback Chris Hall, and Bobby made it clear they want another ARM BAR PRO Wrestling original in the ring.

The challenge was laid out to the Catalyst Dustin Rayz, and we can now confirm that Dustin Rayz will meet Draxon in the center of the ring this Saturday December 6th when Lane's Place Storage and Sports V***r Haus Romeo's Pizza Springfield and Arm Bar Pro Wrestling presents: Jingle Bell Brawl!

Dustin Rayz was also in action at Monster Bash where we saw WarHoss put him through a table. Coming out of Monster Bash, rumor around Arm Bar Pro was that Rayz would need time off to heel up from lingering and nagging injuries, but the Catalyst doesn't back down when he's called out for a fight, and the match is OFFICIAL!
