Our quarterly group menu tastings are a chance for our team to connect personally with our clients, the latest culinary creations coming out of the T&T kitchen, and some of our favorite Seattle event vendors. ⁠

At our recent tasting, we partnered up with Molly from to design a space fit for a corporate event-leaning menu. With just a short timeline to pull everything together, she took the lead on selecting gorgeous rentals from (shout out to our go-to gal, Amber!) that tied perfectly into our summer shindig theme.⁠

Thank you to our tried-and-true pals, Sadie and Diwas from , Lucas from , and Soph from for always elevating our guests’ experience!⁠

We were thrilled to impress our guests with the elegant atmosphere in 4105. As industry professionals who are used to being wined and dined, they were especially excited by the customized cocktails crafted for them based on a mini quiz they took upon arrival. This was a new and exciting experience for all, and as the drinks started coming out, the room buzzed with curiosity and energy.⁠

Even our repeat corporate clients—who visit each quarter to preview our new menus—remarked on how transformed the space felt. What makes 4105 truly special is its versatility—it’s a blank canvas that we reimagine for every event. In fact, some guests who’ve been here multiple times almost didn’t recognize it! ⁠

Tuxedos and Tennis Shoes, A DSquared Company

In 1986, two young restaurant-industry vets named David started a business based on a simple question: Could a catering company deliver consistently fantastic service and food as good as a fine restaurant?

The answer turned out to be an emphatic yes. Now, nearly three decades, thousands of events, and hundreds of loyal clients later, David Haggerty and David Meckstroth have grown that upstart catering business into DSquared, one of Seattle’s most respected culinary companies.

Catering is still at the heart of DSquared via Tuxedos and Tennis Shoes, the Davids’ original company. The DSquared portfolio also includes the premier events spaces Melrose Market Studios and The Hall at Fauntleroy, as well as two restaurants: Davids & Co., a “nouveau barbecue” café in downtown Seattle’s Benaroya Hall, and the fine-dining venue Muse, the official restaurant of the Seattle Symphony.
