Ever wonder what your Savage 7K registration actually builds?
This isn't just talk, it's a century-old building, actively being cared for, one project at a time. Here's a look back at just a few of the restorations your support has funded over the years:
✅ New concrete steps and ramp: replacing worn, uneven entryways with a safer, accessible approach to the Hall
✅ Stage repainting: refreshing the performance space that's hosted movies, shows, and community events for over a century
✅ Floor replacement: tearing out and restoring worn flooring so the Hall stays functional (and beautiful) for whatever comes next
✅ Exterior waterproofing: sealing the historic stone walls to protect the building from water damage for years to come
None of this happens on its own. It happens because runners register, walkers show up, volunteers give their Sunday mornings, and sponsors and donors believe this building is worth preserving.
Carroll Baldwin Hall has stood since 1922, built stone by stone from the Little Patuxent River. Every Savage 7K keeps that legacy going, project by project.
