ENTRY LEVEL Event & Sales Manager Qualifications

Applicant must have:

- excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.
- high-energy and possess some creativity.
- excellent customer service and sales skills.
- the ability to accept criticism and work well under pressure.
- the ability to work well with others.
- to be flexible and open to change.
- leadership skills.
- excellent verbal communication skills.
- maths skills
- the ability to lift up to 20lbs
- the flexibility to work weekends
- Good computer skills and be internet savvy

Preferred but not required applicant should

- Be bilingual

Individuals interested in pursuing the position should have:

- a High school diploma or GED equivalent

- min one to two years of experience in organizing and managing events, including corporate meetings, trainings, luncheons, weddings, and other special occasions (Preferred not Required)

Typical Schedule

Mon, Tues, Thur - 10-5pm
Wednesday - 12-7pm
Typically Off Every Other Friday
30 min lunch
26-32 hrs weekly
10-20+hrs weekend
