We successfully executed a lunch event for 1,050 guests last week – we received the call on last Monday and had 72 hours to prepare! The event was held across multiple levels of a sprawling campus and required the seamless coordination of a team of 30 staff members, in addition to the deployment of three 26’ trucks for food and seating. Our menu had an array of delicious offerings, including three entrées, three sides, an assortment of desserts, refreshing drinks, and indulgent ice cream!
