It was our honor to witness their beautiful surprise proposal and be able to cater a private dinner for their closest friends and family. We served a plated dinner of grilled rib eye steaks topped with herbed butter, Himalayan pink sea salt and fresh cracked pepper. Starter was our pear and Gorgonzola salad with housemade balsamic vinaigrette. Accompanying sides were garlic alfredo penne pasta and roasted vegetables in white wine. We are so excited this wedding had to be rescheduled 😷 from last year. We are currently rescheduling and finalizing new dates from all the cancelled events last year.
