It's been a minute since I've been active on my professional account & time for an update! Since finishing all my NASM certifications in February, I wrapped up my SoCal wedding choreography & moved to Portugal in September! 😝Before my big move, I spent a week in Oregon & Pennsylvania teaching flashmobs & "Chair Dancing" for 's Camp Footprint. It was so cool to fuse more fitness into my seated cardio dance class & really test out the new program I've been developing for adaptive needs.

Big thank you to for capturing some of my action shots! Thank you to my Camp Footprint Tribe for sharing your beautiful energy with me & for trusting me enough to step outside of your comfort zones! And thank you to for featuring me in your upcoming documentary about this life changing camp for kids with Charcot Marie Tooth Disease, which I also live with. I can't WAIT to see it!

As I continue to settle into my new Portuguese life, I'm freestyling several times a week, designing this next phase of my dance career, & falling in love with dance all over again without the pressure of performing or trying to make a living from my passion. I'm excited to learn more about the somatic movement practices here, go out dancing with people from all around the world, & continue improving my own health & strength. It's been so nice feeling inspired and energized within my dance journey again. I know I'm getting closer to filming content but giving myself space to play & learn has been an important part of the process.

To my loved ones, Footprint Tribe, Shock Fam, and past clients in the US, I hold my experiences with you close to my heart as I explore this new chapter of my life. To my new connections in Portugal, allow me to introduce myself & let's go dance! 🤗

Grateful for all the new skills I gained in 2024 & excited to expand my services in 2025 with a new virtual program! After 20 years of teaching dance & working with thousands of novice movers, this next chapter of my career will focus on enhancing mobility not only for entertainment purposes but also for fitness & wellness goals. Movement truly is medicine & I aim to combine my resources in a uniquely fun way to help people feel better globally! Stay tuned! 🪩

So grateful for another magical week with my tribe & the opportunity to officially serve as Program Director. Loved working with this sweet couple! & Damian only needed 2 lessons to feel confident dancing to a unique acoustic version of this song. Slow songs without lyrics can be challenging but they connected with each other just like we practiced and created such a beautifully intimate moment! Congrats you two! I'm so happy for you! 🥰

Starting a new father daughter dance today and can't help reminisce about this one! & had such a fun relationship that reminded me of dancing with my own dad. 🥹 We only needed a few hours together but I loved every second!

If you are getting married & have a special relationship with your parent/parent figure, I highly recommend we make some memories like this! 😍

I could go on and on about how much I loved working with .steele & ! Their chemistry was 🔥 Sasha & I share the same dance dad 🥰 And Jeff was DOWN to do whatever it took to boost his skills to not only keep up, but show alllll the way off now that his dance confidence is boosted. The last pic says it all 😍 It was so fulfilling for me to choreograph this piece & I couldn't be happier to have had this opportunity! Congrats loves! You absolutely nailed it!!! 🙌🏼

I could have spent hours hanging out with these two after each lesson we had. What a sweet, considerate, progressive, cool pair you two make & !
