Every year these young men and their auntie come for a holiday cooking class. This year they chose homemade Pita bread, chicken Shawarma, and an epic Tarte Tatin that would make any French patisserie proud! Watch out world, these boys can cook!😋

After all the Christmas cookies I’ve devoured this week, I somewhat redeemed myself by doing the PB Santa Run. Just me and 7,000 of my fellow Santas on a beautiful sunny San Diego morning. It doesn’t get much better!

If you’re ever in New Orleans, do yourself a favor and eat at So good, we actually went 2 nights in a row…a first for me! Employees were warm & welcoming, portions were large, prices reasonable, but most importantly, the food was FABULOUS! I had the veg plate and my husband had beef shawarma….yummm 😋
