🎯 Here at OTB, we make all kinds of events come to life…and this one took us out to the COUNTRY!

We’re SO excited to be working with Broadway Bank on many events throughout the next year, and we kicked things off with their Annual BB Dove Hunt in Hondo, TX at the awesome Bader Ranch Exclusive Dove Hunting!

While the Texas heat was doing what Texas heat does best 🥵☀️… we were having a BLAST! It was such a great day watching the Broadway Bank team come together, enjoy some friendly competition, and spend some time together outside the office.

A huge THANK YOU to all of our amazing vendors and partners who help bring every event together, piece by piece. And, of course, a big shoutout to our OTB staff + Street Team for always showing up and making it happen, no matter what we’ve got going, or where! 💜💚

Planning something a little, something big? Something outside the box? 😉
That’s kind of our thing. Give us a call and let’s make it happen!

The Rey Feo ’78 Time Machine Party had San Antonio partying through the decades, and OTB was proud to be part of it all! 🪩🎶 From retro looks to all-out dance moves, it was a night worth rewinding! 💃🕺

Ready to take your next event from an idea to an unforgettable experience? OTB Events has got you! 💜💚

Five years of officially being part of the OTB Staff, and SO many more years of being part of the OTB story! Happy Workiversary, LG! 💜💚🌟

Leslie has been showing up for OTB in one way or another for years and YEARS, from volunteering and Street Team adventures to becoming an official member of our staff in all the different ways possible. Through it all, she has brought the same heart, energy, and willingness to jump in wherever she’s needed. She has become such a special part of what makes OTB, OTB, and we’re incredibly grateful for all the memories, hard work, laughs, and love she’s brought along the way.

Happy 5-Year Staff Workiversary, Leslie! Here’s to celebrating YOU and all the amazing moments still ahead! 🥳🎉💜💚

Happy 9-Year OTB Work Anniversary to our very own Kristin! 🌟💜💚

We know she probably doesn’t need or want a whole lot of fuss made over her…but 9 years is a pretty big deal, so we’re going to take the opportunity to give her the recognition she deserves!

For nearly a decade, Kristin has been a constant, steady, and incredibly important part of OTB. Her hard work, dedication, and commitment to doing things the right way have made a lasting impact on this company and on the countless events we’ve brought to life for clients over the years.

Kristin plays a truly PIVOTAL role in all that we do, and so much of what happens behind the scenes simply wouldn’t happen the way it does without her. She’s a person who keeps things moving, catches the details, gets things handled, and makes sure we’re set up for success, day after day, event after event.✨

Happy to celebrate you today! Cheers to 9 amazing years, Kristin - and to everything still ahead! 🎉🥂💜💚

✨Welcome to , Alyssa!✨

Outside the Box Events is SO excited to officially welcome Alyssa Oliver to the OTB STAFF as our newest Admin Assistant! 🎉

Alyssa may be new to staff, but she is certainly NOT new to OTB! She has been a longtime, devoted member of our Street Team, and we are thrilled to now have her officially joining us behind the scenes. 💜

As our Admin Assistant, Alyssa will be the right hand to our fearless leader, Wendy, while helping keep our team, clients, and events moving in all the right directions! From supporting our staff and clients to keeping the details organized and making sure all the behind-the-scenes pieces are in place, Alyssa will be an important part of making sure our events are nothing short of top notch.✨

We work hard, move fast, wear a LOT of hats, and have a whole lot of fun doing it - we couldn’t be more excited to have Alyssa officially along for the ride!

Help us congratulate Alyssa on this new position! 👏🎉💜 We’re so happy you’re here, welcome to the team! 🥳
