✨ An evening filled with gratitude, purpose, and community all for SJRC Texas | Belong! ✨

The OTB team was honored to once again partner with SJRC Texas | Belong for their annual SJRC Texas Gratitude Gala, a beautiful evening dedicated to celebrating the kiddos and families, partnerships, and support systems that help make SJRC’s mission possible. ❤️

Hosted at the stunning Ralston at San Antonio Zoo, guests enjoyed an unforgettable night overlooking the majestic gorillas and lion habitat while gathering together for a cause that impacts so many lives throughout our community. From the vibrant pops of color throughout the space to the meaningful moments shared during the evening, every detail reflected the spirit of gratitude that makes this event so special. ✨

What we love most about events like these is seeing a community come together in support of something bigger than themselves. The generosity in the room, the stories shared, and the passion for the SJRC mission served as a beautiful reminder of the difference that can be made when people unite for a common purpose. A heartfelt thank you to the SJRC team, the dedicated Gala Committee, generous sponsors, wonderful attendees, and all of the volunteers who helped make the evening such a success. Like always, a huge shoutout to our incredible vendors, partners, and OTB Street Team who work tirelessly behind the scenes to bring these events to life. 💜💚

💜 OTB STREET TEAM END OF SEASON PARTY! 💚

Before OTB took off to our “kinda slower summer”, we had to take a second to gather, celebrate, and say thanks to our favorite people - our OTB STREET TEAM! As we’ve said before, there is absolutely no way we could do what we do without our incredible ST that embodies all that we do as staff, they are truly the ones that help make it all come together day of. We’re so grateful for them! (Those pictured AND those that aren’t)

There were great eats, bevs, wonderful conversations, prizes, awards for those that went above and beyond, and a fun evening of celebrating each other - the best crew in the game that makes OTB Events the magic they are! We even showcased our new 25 Years of OTB logo, TWENTY FIVE YEARS, of incredible event making, we love to see it. 🥹

🔬 OTB started our last season with an event even little rain couldn’t stop! ✨

When a community comes together to learn, explore, and inspire the next generation, everything is more exciting! Earlier this season, OTB was thrilled to help bring the RockIT into the Future Science Festival to life alongside their incredible team!

Despite some stormy skies and a few rainy moments throughout the day, families showed up ready to have fun, discover something new, and dive into the world of science. There were hands-on activities and interactive exhibits to amazing community partners, great food, live music from , and plenty of smiling faces!

Events like these remind us why we love what we do. Seeing kids engage with science, technology, innovation, and creativity in such a fun and welcoming environment is truly something special. The future is bright, and these young minds are proof of that! 💡✨

A huge thank you to the Girls Inc. team, all of the incredible sponsors, vendors, volunteers, food trucks, community partners, and every attendee who braved the weather and helped make this event such a success. And as always, major love to our amazing OTB partners and crew who help bring these events to life, we couldn’t do it without you! 💜💚

💜✨ 𝒮𝓉𝒶𝒻𝒻 ℛ𝑒𝓉𝓇𝑒𝒶𝓉 𝒮𝓅𝓇𝒾𝓃𝑔 𝟸𝟶𝟸𝟼✨💚

After another incredible event season, our amazing OTB CEO and Boss Lady Wendy Wilson Nave reminded us once again just how important it is to pause, celebrate, and pour back into the team that pours so much into others all year long. 💫

After every season, graciously Wendy treats the OTB crew to a Staff Retreat to celebrate the hard work, long days, late nights, and heart that goes into making every event extraordinary!

We spent the day in beautiful Downtown San Antonio with a relaxing midday Riverwalk boat cruise, complete with a delicious catered lunch from Paesanos, a full three-course meal and bar!

And because she always thinks of everything, Wendy spoiled us with custom OTB backpacks and portable chargers, gifts we are already way too excited to put to work during event season. (Trust us… those chargers are about to clock IN 😆🎒🔋)

We’re incredibly grateful for a leader who not only pushes us to be our best, but also remembers to celebrate the people behind the event magic.

✨⛳ OTB kicked off the 49th Annual Swing-In Gala & Golf Tournament in style! ✨⛳

Thursday evening’s Gala at the beautiful was the perfect way to begin an incredible two days of supporting the University of the Incarnate Word. With breathtaking views of the San Antonio skyline as the backdrop, guests gathered for a night filled with celebration, generosity, and Cardinal pride. ❤️🖤

From the wonderful cocktail hour and delicious food & drinks, to the exciting silent and live auctions, the evening was filled with energy and support for the amazing mission of UIW. It was wonderful to see so many people come together to help raise funds that will continue to impact students and the future of the university for years to come. The Gala was an absolute blast and the perfect kickoff before an early morning on the greens for the tournament the next day! ⛳✨

A heartfelt thank you to all of the attendees, generous sponsors, dedicated supporters, and of course our incredible vendors and OTB Street Team, your hard work, energy, and commitment are what make nights like these possible. We truly couldn’t do it without you! 💫

✨Day 3 of the Patient Funding Alternatives (PFA) Management Conference was a good one in beautiful Charleston!🌊✨

The day started and continued with impactful working sessions, collaborative breakouts, and meaningful conversations as the PFA management team continued building stronger connections, sharpening ideas, and growing together as a management team. It’s always inspiring to watch a company intentionally invest in its people and create space for learning, leadership, and teamwork to thrive. 🙌 And of course…there was plenty of amazing food to keep everyone fueled throughout the day! 😋

To close out the evening, the group boarded charming Charleston trolleys and made their way through the city’s historic streets, passing some of the area’s most iconic sights on the journey to an unforgettable dinner cruise through the Charleston Harbor. 🚎🌴

Guests were welcomed aboard with a gorgeous sunset cocktail hour on the upper deck, followed by a delicious dinner by the wonderful , music from the DJ, dancing, laughter, and nonstop celebration surrounded by the Charleston skyline. 🌅🛥️✨

This evening was truly one of the highlights of the week; a well-deserved celebration of an incredible conference and the amazing people who make PFA what it is. Watching this team relax, connect, and enjoy the moment together was something really special. 💙

👻Day Two In (spooky) Charleston! After a stunning cocktail hour and dinner in the beautiful Colonial Ballroom at the , Team OTB took the Patient Funding Alternatives (PFA) crew out for a night of chills, thrills, and Charleston history! 🌙🕯️

Because after a full day of meetings and breakout sessions and working hard…if you’re going to play hard, OTB is going to make sure it’s unforgettable. 😏

The PFA team hit the streets for one of the oldest ghost tours in the nation where they were telling the real stories behind the deep, dark history of Charleston! We explored the haunted alleyways, walked around historic buildings, on streets that were once graveyards, and learned about the eerie legends that make this city one of the most famously haunted cities in the South. 👻 From restless spirits and lingering legends to fascinating Southern history, the night was filled with spooky stories, haunts, haints, and just the right amount of fright. 😬✨

Huge thanks to our incredible guides from from Ghostwalk for the history, the haunts, and the goosebumps along the way! Big shoutout to Darrian! Charleston definitely kept us on our toes for this one…it was a long night. 👀🖤

Day 2 began with a beautiful breakfast at the historic Francis Marion Hotel, followed by a full day of impactful sessions and breakout discussions designed to empower and support PFA’s management team and those they employ.

Led by executive staff, the day focused on growth, leadership, collaboration, and strengthening the tools needed to better support both their employees and clients. From meaningful conversations to team-focused learning opportunities, it was a day dedicated to expanding perspectives, sharpening goals, and investing in what matters most, people. 🙌
