Building better teams starts with being strategic about how we work together.

At our annual CE Group retreat, we stepped away from the day-to-day to focus on our people, our strengths, and how we can work more intentionally as a team.

Through , strategic planning, and team building, we explored what each CE Grouper brings to the table and how we can turn those strengths into stronger collaboration and better results for our clients.

We’re excited to carry that momentum forward as we continue to grow under Lori Houston’s leadership.

Last week, our CE Groupers headed to Pedrotti's Ranch for our annual CE retreat, where we explored our individual top 5 and how those strengths show up in the way we work together and bring ideas to life. Then, we put teamwork into practice with an afternoon of team bonding!
