Let me tell y’all something… you do not know what you’re capable of until you simply try it 🌪️🌪️🌪️🌪️🌪️ Yesterday I had 3 catering jobs. 7 pans at 11am. At this point - the oven COMPLETELY shuts off. I called my homie who owns a restaurant and BOOM, back in business. 22 pans for a repass at 1, delivery and setup. Final job, 26 pans for a Sweet 16, delivery, setup and serve. Bro, this is the most I’ve EVERRRRR done - especially with the BS!! I ended the night laughing with the team, line dancing with the family and came home & started crying 😭😭😭😭😭😭 idc idc idc. I work so hard and to see ppl eating my food like that hits different. One couple said her husband offered her $10 for the chicken skin 😆😆😆 I came home and got a brand new range for the restaurant too 🥹
