Good Morning Henrietta,
I just wanted to give a shout out to The Pita Pit! This is a women owned business right here in Henrietta. Miss Sue is the owner and she graciously put together a wonderful experience for our Brownie Troop to earn a badge in our community. We got to tour the restaurant, package some foods, learn how to make pita sandwiches, and learn a little bit about the business through a fun scavenger hunt. It was well organized as Sue and her staff put in a great amount of effort and patience for us to visit.
The restaurant is sooooo organized and VERY clean. While touring behind the scenes you can tell that Miss Sue takes much pride in her restaurant. The staff worked wonderfully with this age group and was very reinforcing. We are so, so grateful for the time and energy The Pita Pit gave to our troop. They all definitely learned a lot and the food was so fresh and absolutely delicious! They all enjoyed eating their own pita creations! We can’t wait to go back and eat there again! If you haven’t been, go! Yum!
