When people think of meal prep, they usually think of convenience, nutrition, hitting their macros, or having one less thing to worry about.

But sometimes, families hire me because they need a little extra help taking care of someone they love.

I recently found out that a client I had been cooking for passed away, and that some of the last meals he ate were meals I prepared for him.

It’s hard to grasp, but with our short time together, I’m honored to have been a small part of how his family cared for him 🤍

I’m being so dramatic but serious when I say this, but I don’t think I’ll emotionally recover from finding this masterpiece of a jumpsuit 😭😭😭❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥❤️‍🔥🍅🍅🍅🍅
