Where’s the beef? WE’VE GOT THE BEEF. 🔥🍔

Nina tried our 100% ground brisket burger with a side of Heritage Potato Salad, and her reaction says it all. No fillers added to that burger, just bold, beefy flavor. The potato salad? It comes from Lisa’s grandmother’s recipe. ❤️

Coronado Smokehaus is our family business, and everything we make, we make with intention. It’s a boutique BBQ experience with Filipino-fueled barbecue that smacks.

We’re pulling up to Roses by the Stairs tonight from 6–9 PM. Come get yours, Phoenix. And as Nina says at the end of the video: rock on! 🤘

“THIS BURGER IS FIRE.” 🔥🍔

Looking for a 100% ground brisket burger in Phoenix or Mesa, Arizona? This is the one Jonathan tried at Coronado Smokehaus.

Our signature Brisket Burger is made with 100% ground brisket. No filler. It’s served on a brioche bun with slaw and our house-made BBQ sauce, with homemade Heritage Potato Salad and house-made pickles on the side.

Jonathan, thank you for pulling up and trying Coronado Smokehaus! That reaction made our day. 🔥
