This week we’re pouring Weingut Beurer Württemberg Rosé Trocken 2024.
She’s not just pretty, she’s zippy! Beurer brings us a dry Rosè that is basically Gatorade for grown-ups.

A wild blend of Trollinger, Portugieser, Zweigelt & Spätburgunder (aka Pinot Noir), this wine pairs well with the warm days ahead. Stop in for a taste and grab a bottle for the park, the stoop or wherever the day takes you.

This week we're pouring Weingut Beurer Württemberg Rosé Trocken 2024.

Today's shop tasting runs 12–2pm w/ pours of Red Tail Ridge, Finger Lakes Dry Rosé 2025 & look at that color!

This Rosé is more than just light & crisp. It’s a blend of Zweigelt & Cabernet Franc, two grapes that have juicy berry notes powerful savory undertones. “I’ve been on a big sparkling wine kick, like i want to drink bubbles with everything! Bénédicte & Stéphane Tissot are really cool producers in the Jura region. They’ve been certified organic longer than I’ve even existed.

This Rosè is a good balance of bright strawberry and minerality with toasty notes from 18 months of age on lees. You could drink this hanging out in a park or with a good meal.“

Each includes sparkling wine upon arrival, a 4-course dinner w/ hors d’oeuvre, cheese & wine pairings for every course. Hosted by Wine Director Michael Brakebill with communal seating designed for meeting new friends!

“When it comes to champagne, I’m picky. Most bubbles are too sharp for my taste but this Champagne from Dehours is a delicious exception. I love those bready, brioche, nutty notes that soften the wine. This bottle is a long time favorite of mine!” - server Brandon on Dehours & Fils Champagne, Grande Réserve Brut - his favorite bottle in the shop.
