When starting this part of the Reservations journey, we set out to bring something fresh and add to the thriving and diverse restaurant industry in Peoria.
We've done that, and have been supported tremendously by the community by and large. The love, passion and appreciation from our guests and community members has been felt by our staff.
While the support has come, and our small, but dedicated core staff have worked hard to provide a great didning experience we've faced some challenges with expanding that consistent, passionate staffing which is critical to properly handing the volume of supporters necessary to grow and maintain Reservations as a dine-in restaurant.
With that, I will pivot, and Reservations will cease to exist as a dine-in restaurant. However, the catering will continue to provide Elevated Eats at public and private functions as it has since 2022.
I'm proud to have served the community thus far and will continue to do so in other arenas.
Tonight, and into this weekend, we will be serving menu items as well as special menu items that will be posted such as this Mediterranean Syle, Bronzino Sea Bass, Spinach, Tomato and Kalamata Olives, Pesto and Balsamic Glaze!
