Twelve days.
Thatās how much notice our Glickerman Productionz team had to turn an enormous idea into a reality.
Eight hospitals. Four activations at each location. Every setup completed within a 12-hour window overnight and the morning of the event, keeping the entire celebration a surprise for the employees arriving that day.
There were balloon arches, palm trees, flower carts, bicycles, ice cream, prizes, t-shirts, entertainment, and an incredible team bringing it all to life. Eight extraordinary event managers led the activations under the guidance of our Director of Events and CEO, while more than 400 congratulatory gifts were simultaneously delivered to hospitals across Florida.
But the part weāre most proud of isnāt something you can see in this video.
Itās the people behind it.
Our core team worked day and night to make this happen. Our staff showed up in a huge way, and their families supported the long hours it took to get us across the finish line. We simply could not have pulled this off without them.
Events are supposed to look effortless. Thatās the job. Which is why being recognized by our peers at ILEA Headquarters for the behind-the-scenes work that made this one possible for AdventHealthCFL means so much to us.
