It's time to welcome Orlando's newest arena. It may not have a jumbotron, but it does have ovens!🔥

The Sunshine Plate Challenge will make its debut at the Florida Restaurant Show, October 25 to 27 at the Orange County Convention Center. It's the official arena for the 2026 ACF Culinary Arts Competition, where chefs will compete head to head in front of a live audience of industry professionals.

Here's a quick look at what's going on in the arena during the show:

- ACF Pork Challenge, 9am - 12pm
- The Hospitality School Showdown, 2 - 4pm
☀️ Monday, Oct 26
- ACF Seafood Challenge, 9am - 12pm
- Live podcast taping with California Pizza Kitchen founder Rick Rosenfield, 1:30 - 3pm
